Tracking Your AuraForm Order
As soon as your package is handed over to our logistics partners, your self-care journey is fully traceable. You will automatically receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your active tracking number. You can monitor your packageβs progress directly through our store or the carrierβs tracking portal.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Your peace of mind is our priority. Every single shipment from AuraForm is fully insured during transit.
Β If your order arrives damaged, please take a clear photo and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Β If your tracking status has stopped updating for more than 5 consecutive business days, please reach out to us so we can investigate and resolve it with the courier on your behalf.
