Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to hygiene, safety, and sanitary regulations, certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes our Castor + Rosemary Botanical Scalp Elixir once the safety seal is broken or opened. Additionally, personal care wellness tools that come into direct contact with the hair or scalpβ€”including the Hydro Mist Detangling Brush and LED Red Light Therapy Scalp Massagerβ€”cannot be returned once unsealed, opened, or used, unless they are covered by a manufacturing defect or warranty (6 months). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Β Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We want to ensure you have the perfect tools for your self-care journey. The most seamless way to exchange an item is to return the product you currently have. Once your return is accepted, you are welcome to place a new order for your preferred product whenever you are ready. South African 7-Day Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions (ECT) Act, you have the right to cancel your online purchase and return your item within 7 days of delivery for any reason without penalty. To be eligible for a return under this cooling-off period, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please note that you will be responsible for the direct costs of courier shipping to return the items to our facility. Once received and inspected, a full refund will be processed within 30 days.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
